We feel it is much better to make personal contact and discuss the individual requirements before the sale is confirmed.
Please provide us with a contact phone number if contacting us by email. We are not a purely online company - we exhibit at various shows and exhibitions, and we prefer not to use the internet shopping cart.
We will update our web gallery as soon as a piece is sold, but we cannot guarantee that a piece featured in the web gallery will be available until we confirm your order.
How to pay
- Our preferred payment method is by bank transfer. We can provide our bank details by email.
- Bank transfers are instant and free of charge when using a telephone or internet banking account, making it a great option for everyone.
- We also accept card payment information over the phone, and we accept most of the major debit and credit cards.
- PayPal is also available, ask us to send you an invoice through PayPal for you to settle.
- If you are seeing us in person, we do take cash payments.
Delivery
- We use the Royal Mail, parcel force, DHL and couriers for our delivery services, and we do all the packaging to ensure safe delivery.
- Delivery charges are calculated once we have your full postal address, and charges are based upon your orders size and weight and your chosen delivery method, and this include the cost of packing materials.
